After a successful event last year, come join us again at the Comic Strip Live on Saturday, November 22nd for a family friendly stand up comedy show. Get ready for some amazing comedy, improv, and even a chance to tell a joke on the historic stage yourself! All of the profits go to Grassroots Grocery.

Grassroots Grocery turns giving back into a party! Every Saturday, families and neighbors come together to pack and deliver fresh produce to communities across NYC. It’s joyful, hands-on, and all about neighbors helping neighbors.

How did we get here?

Julia (16) has always loved performing. From her Broadway debut to being on comedy stages all around NYC, the arts has always been an important part of her life. 


Julia has always cared about nutrition and making sure that everyone has access to healthy food. As such, she is delighted that Comedy For Good gets to support and highlight the great work of Grassroots Grocery.


Together Julia and her younger sister Mirabelle (13) started Comedy for Good as a way to combine their passions of stand up comedy, bringing people together, and helping their community.


So we now invite you to come join us in helping to make a difference... one laugh at a time.
